Sunvim Group held the signing ceremony of 2016 operation plan

On January 8, 2016, the signing ceremony of 2016 operation plan of Sunvim Group was solemnly held in the multi-function hall in Jinxiu Garden, which was attended by more than 80 people including the Board Chairman Sun Rigui, General Manager Sun Yong and middle management. The signing ceremony was hosted by General Manager Wu Mingfeng.

After the operation plan is signed, the Board Chairman Sun Rigui made an important speech. He pointed out that the year of 2015 was year during which Sunvim Group deepened the reform, overcome difficulties and made great progress. Confronted with complicated economic situation, intensified market competition, and higher operation pressure, the group forged ahead by deepening reform, maintained stable economic operation, and achieved the largest export volume in China’s home textile industry for 17 consecutive years, and contributed the most taxes in Gaomi City for 16 consecutive years. The group achieved breakthrough in the deepened reform, continuously improved the corporate governance structure, and further released the development potential, which realized more balanced market layout, more reasonable diversified pattern, continuously stronger market competitiveness, solider basic management, more obvious energy conservation and potential exploitation, greatly improved economic benefits and the ever best employee stability.

Board Chairman Sun required that each branch company shall seize every opportunity to pinpoint and implement the tasks, fulfill the operation plan of the next year, make full use of the overall competitive advantage of the group, increase the market share, and guarantee the full production. He said that the “the reform shall be always carried out without stop”. The group shall expedite the reform, enhance the efficiency and quality, reduce the cost, stimulate the development potential and further improve the enterprise competitiveness.

He pointed out that the enterprise shall forge ahead in front of difficulties, otherwise it will fall behind. He said that he will strengthen the team building, enhance the enterprise management, and strive to become an outstanding enterprise manager with lofty ideals, great responsibility and dedication. He required that the group shall promote the reform in stock incentive system, give full play to the shareholders’ role, and create the resultant effect and enhance the cohesion and execution of the enterprise.

He stressed that the year of 2016 will be an important juncture full of opportunities and challenges as the beginning year of the 13th Five-year Plan. The group shall boost the spirit, firm the confidence, make innovative thinking, expedite the development, create the competitive advantage in the global home textile industry, and create a bright future for the group and employees with the objective of the stable growth by 5% and sales volume of RMB 8.5 billion.
